The product is so lovely and good quality and the customer service is excellent!
I work nights at a hospital, the stress of the pandemic and working long hours has had my face looking puffy and very tired. I got these today, put them in the freezer for an hour and tried them. They felt very soothing and relaxing on the skin and my moisturizer seemed to absorb more quickly. My eyes seemed more smooth, but I will continue to use to see if this helps long term. The limited edition purple sparkle is really pretty too.
My only gripe is that I wish you could purchase a box to store these in a freezer that is hard plastic or something. I currently have them in the shipping box in a ziplock bag as a solution. I'm going to see if I can't find a more practical solution. All in all these are nice and I might get a set for my friend next Christmas.
